Raymond Spadaro, President of David Perry Associates, has been in the recruiting industry over twenty-five years, specializing in the placement of sales and marketing talent, mainly in the consumer packaged goods industry at a national level. Ray has served as a board member of the Mid Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants, as well as, on the board of a Boston based contract employment firm. Peggy Allen (Sewekow) began her career with David Perry Associates in 1995 as the Research Manager, responsible for candidate sourcing. Early on, as she began to actively engage with candidates, she quickly evolved into a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a full life-cycle Executive Recruiter since 2004, Ms. Allen has honed advanced skills in all types of professional, internet, social, and diversity recruitment. As a master networker and a pioneer in online networking (one of the first members of LinkedIn in 2004), she has built one of the strongest professional networks in the industry. In 2012, Peggy achieved the highest level of AIRS training and certification, Elite Certified Recruitment Expert. Peggy Allen is also an active member of the Network of Executive Women (NEW), currently serving on the NEW Greater Philadelphia Regional Leadership Committee.
