HRIS Manager (Whitehouse Station, Readington Township, NJ)
Overview: Participate in the development, design, execution, communication, and governance of HR-related data strategies, including but not limited to the global Oracle environment, as they pertain to CS’s business and HR functional objectives. This role will also include data analysis and documentation around new HR Data and Information standards for use in making business decisions. The role also entails partnering with other HR (Compensation, Talent) and non-HR (Finance, IT, Operations) functions to ensure overall quality and governance and to deliver accurate and timely data and information as required. This incumbent will be a key participant in the process designs and updates for important master data attributes and will be directly involved with the ongoing maintenance of the Oracle HR systems. Additionally, the incumbent will need to focus on data usage and quality measurement, and other duties as assigned.
Manage the content of the HR Data ensuring Metadata (Data Families, Data Domains, Data Elements and Data Owners) is governed and fit for purpose.
Develop and execute on-going audit, control, and correction processes for the HR System to ensure data integrity.
Work with Data Domain Owners and stakeholders to manage change control of HR Domains and data definitions.
Coordinate stakeholder collaboration in the design of data quality rules, thresholds and reporting.
Identify solutions to data quality issues, including process adoption, technical enhancements or data quality measurement.
Document business requirements for data management initiatives, undertake the benefits case analysis and support implementation activities.
Partner with IT to manage the remediation plan for data quality issues.
Resolve and escalate data quality issues, research and implement solutions to correct problems at the source where possible, including leading standardization, re-structuring, training, and education initiatives.
4-year bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience managing data quality, data governance and related methods and tools, Oracle HRIS systems
2+ years of experience analyzing large volumes of data at detailed level with precision and speed, HR data, HR Processes and Banking related experience preferred
2+ years of experience interpreting data patterns and translate into ‘so what’ findings
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
