Overview:The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing all of eCommerce business across partner sites (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) as well as our own webstore. This hands-on position will help devise and implement the strategy and tactics used to significantly increase online revenue and profitability across both current portfolio as well as potential online-specific product lines to be developed in the future. The eCommerce Manager will support and in some cases lead interface with our eCommerce partners. This position is analytical and highly entrepreneurial.
Responsibilities: Oversee eCommerce planning process and strategy development in accordance with the overall company objectives
Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for eCommerce partners (including Amazon, Target, Walmart/Jet.com, eGrocery retailers, etc.)
Serve as the primary eCommerce account lead and contact, managing the day-to-day relationship with external partners to optimize performance, and maximize sales, conversion and profits.
Evaluate, prioritize, develop, implement and manage initiatives.
Manage day-to-day communications with partners
Monitor and manage online product assortment and content with goal of maximizing online presence and driving sales
Manage compliance requirements
Create and implement plan to build distribution with existing and new e-commerce customers by creating, managing and optimizing listings for all marketplaces
Monitor and analyze traffic sources, visitor volumes, etc. to optimize conversion and grow both current and new customer sales.
Provide analytic reports of online sales
Provide optimization expertise for company webstore.
Monitor and enforce e-commerce policies including MAP
Maintain current on all software, online and data trends
Review and implement best practices of successful eCommerce brands
