This dynamic, thought leader role drives the consumer-facing communication in the ever-changing social media landscape. This candidate will lead the strategy, content development and implementation for the company’s Master Brand and all product lines’ social media marketing programs and the website. The incumbent will also be the voice of the company’s positioning for online; establishing consistency of message as it is expressed through all social media and eCommerce channels, special events and the website.
Develop the Master Brand social media and website strategies and annual marketing plans, content and editorial calendars, as well as provide general oversight and execution of plans across brand channels and the website.
Work closely with Marketing teams to set social media and website objectives and KPI’s.
Monitor, analyze and optimize presence/campaigns on social media channels and representation on website.
Ensure integration of all brand and product specific efforts including promotions, special events, partnerships and initiatives, and ensure integration across all appropriate eCommerce, social medial channels and on the website.
Manage the relationships with third party vendors and agency partners; employ project management skills to develop timelines, budgets and priorities, while driving accountability with follow-up and achieving on-strategy outcomes.
As a thought leader for the company, be immersed in new and emerging technologies and digital/social media trends to identify opportunities and craft points of views and recommendations.

Develop and execute social media strategy for the Master Brand positioning and product lines.
Oversee storytelling and content creation, including being involved in photo and video shoots to develop content for posts, Facebook live and other content pieces focused on our products, recipes, food hacks, promotions, programs, brand partnerships and social responsibility.
Manage the editorial planning, content creation and curation process for all active social media channels.
Identify and manage influencers and brand ambassadors directly and via agencies.
Oversee the digital agency responsible for site maintenance and upgrades.
Partner and collaborate with all internal brand marketing, recipe, promotion and legal teams to ensure integrated, timely and relevant content is live on the site on an ongoing basis.
Partner with the digital agency, leverage third party tools to monitor and ensure site functionality and overall performance.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
8-10 years of related work experience at a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company, digital or social media agency, publisher or channel
CPG and a passion for consumer products and the digital landscape
Developing and executing strategy, including conducting analytics
Managing the creative process for consumer-facing materials
Managing an online media plan directly of via an agency
Implementing SEO/SEM strategies, working with partner agencies to manage keywords and SEO optimizations, and regularly analyzing programs
Using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and other social media channels, social listening tools and social media management tools
Understands the marketing dynamics and basic functional needs of a website
Familiarity with traditional on and offline marketing vehicles (advertising, couponing, sweepstakes, events, etc.)
Intermediate or higher skills level with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Google Analytics and Google tag manager
Experience or familiarity with iOS and Android apps, basic website development, UX/UI, web technology, CRM and CMS platforms, web apps and PC/MAC OS

Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones, and utilize a variety of office equipment. Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. and reach overhead.
